Good Night Time Riding Roads

I want to find some good night time riding roads (not freeways or tollways). Currently I only do Memorial and Allen Parkway. I would like to add to these two favorites of mine. So what roads do you like riding at night? And why? If you have video, post it up.

You know it has crossed my mind that I would like to ride the national forest at night but I am afraid of hitting something bigger or smaller than myself. Lot's of critters out there. But still it's a thought.

Roads like that are a blast during the day, but no fun at night. Mainly for the reason you pointed out, you have to be so vigilant in watching out for critters that you really can't kick back and enjoy the cruise.

What part of memorial do you ride? I'm out there most nights, lots of police usually

memorial starting at gessner and heading east has some great curves, but the local rich neighborhood PD are pretty prominent.

I start at Hwy 6 and usually turn around at the park. Sometimes I'll go all the way to downtown. When I do ride it, it's on the Goldwing.....so cops aren't a concern. Just out for a leisurely cruise.

Luckily my 250 is pretty fun at legal speeds. I can power through a corner, get on the gas and still only be doing 45ish. But bikes sound faster than they actually are, so I get kinda worried I'll get pulled over.

Memorial is the only street in Houston that's decent to ride on at night. My girl and I were out there the other night. Memorial from beltway to downtown and back. We checked out braeswood but roads aren't great and they got construction going on.
