Big dirt bike (sold)
2003 Honda Sabre (sold)

A bike in this condition....

Guy knows what he has. Great condition and almost flawless.....except for that pesky valve cover leak and missing front passenger blinker.

KBB has it at $3350 for a bike with half the mileage. NADA has it at $3190 low retail and $4196 high retail.

2003 ZX6R 636. Great condition almost flawless. Has 21,500 miles. New tires, K&N filter and plug change at 21,000 . Bike comes with seat cowl not rear seat shown in pic. Rear seat can be purchased extra. Runs sythetic oil. Runs strong. Clear blue title in hand. I have owned the bike for 2 years and put about 6k miles on it. Garage kept and adult owned. Price is $3500 somewhat negotiable or trade for a sportster or harley basket case. Not looking to stay off the road too long so no junk please. Email or text at 832-629-one1five2. No calls please. No gear included in sale. No test rides without $3500 in my hand. You damage the bike in any way you bought it.

Book value is $3500. Please dont email or text telling me my price is high. I own the bike I set the price. You think its too high dont buy it. No one is going to sell a bike in this condition let alone any sportbike for much less than my asking price.

Cons-
Need front passenger blinker it was falling off so I took it off.
Has tiny leak from valve cover gasket (doesnt drip on floor-nowhere near that bad..just caught my eye one day)

Thank You

I'd forgotten about that. He left the last part of the ad out on his forum post. His CL post makes him sound like a .

priced a little on the high side for the valve cover leaking(they are notorious for it) but still a pretty big job. and im sure it could use some maint. maybe not, hard to say without looking at it in person. if its immaculate that it might be worth what he's asking. the mileage isn't a issue if maintained

Yeah...you can ride a bike forever if it's maintained properly. I've been looking at Kawi's, and when you Google "636 valve cover gasket," quite a few forums pop up discussing the problematic leak. Replacing it could get costly if you aren't comfortable wrenching. Might as well check and adjust the valves while it's apart.

If you have the know-how. A lot of people are clueless & would have to pay someone to do it for them.

The ad mentions it runs synthetic. I know filling a tank with premium unleaded is high but that would be ridiculous.
