Sabs does good work, and if they're close to you I'd recommend using them.

I used A1 for years, and used to refer customers over there all the time to have their wheels repaired.
Then he had problems with one of his helpers taking in wheels while he was out, fixing them for cash and giving them back.
Besides the fact that the wheels usually weren't repaired correctly, he's stealing from the guy. I told the owner about it, but he didn't seem to care.

I use a guy now who does a lot of the high end car dealerships and custom wheels. He doesn't deal with the general public as a rule.
, I think the only reason he deals with me is because I occasionally ride with one of his close friends.
The guy does awesome work, guarantees it, and won't charge you unless he can fix the wheel.
