Thumbs down So NOLAS tried stealing my bike, I think.

I was driving through that apartment complex ive always talked so highly about, on my way to return library books, when I come to a stop sign, a black chick standing in the median in the middle, and then two black dudes sitting on the other side of me. im about to take off the the sign when she goes "hey!"
and I pause and look at her, and she says "uh, do you have a dollar, or a quarter, or something" and im thinking wtf???
so thats when I look over to the two dude, cause shes looking at me, but she *might* be talking to them.
Thats when one of the guys has gotten up and is walking towards me, and has this "oh " look on his face when hes realized ive turned around to look at him.
he says "hey I got a question, wait dont go...." Thats all I really heard cause that clutch was dumped and I was grabbing almost all of 1st.

Honestly, why are you gonna try to jump a dude on a bike. sure the bikes prolly gonna fall, and while your trying to pick it up, thats gonna give me time to head you with my nice hard helmet, or let you meet the hard backing of my gloves.
Not to mention I got enough padding on me to take quite a bit of abuse from yourself.

I hate nolas, I want to move. from now on im blowing past that stop sign, no more stopping for me.

I need to:
1) learn to shoot lefthanded
2) buy a .25 semi auto
3) construct a hidden holster in my left fairing for said weapon.

seriously.

my friend is a sheriff I love riding with him cagers start getting all angst like on us and just about then his shirt blows up (he is a squid hardcore) and he has a behind the back holster for his 9mm.

its pretty cool.

sounds like your headed for another ticket and more whining. here's a clue..........go around those apts and the area.

running a stop sign in the area, w/ lotsa police patrols doesn't side like a good idea.

not a single cop has shown up in that area since the EXACT DAY, of my ticket. not to mention that intersection gives me the ability to scout all areas before running the sign, so I can see if a cop is near by.

plus when the library is at the very end of that street, whats the point to spend another 10 mins going around?

he is a sheriff, I think its legal for them to carry a firearm.

I'd have to get my CCW permit to conceal and carry. and if my shirt blew up I believe it would be grounds for revocation of my permit because you are not supposed to be able to discern that I am carrying.

Yup, you're right. Concealed means concealed. I think they ( your sheriff friend ) may carry their weapon, but not being in uniform gives them limitations aswell i.e. showing it off.

My fav is the holster that goes inside your pants. That one is comfortable and you can't see it.
