I know where yall comin from but dont get me wrong I do wear my gear,and its all about saftey. Im not a stunner I just wanna put me skills to the test im not sayin I have alot of skills I just wanna try what I have.

Come out to a RideSmart TrackDay at TWS (Texas World Speedway) on the 31st and I will teach you how to not only ride that bike, but also corner speed, throttle control,body positioning,and how to brake....pretty much I will teach you how to ride "twisties"

As stated before in this thread, you need to change back to the OEM swing arm and height of that bike if you want to get serious about backroad riding.

Also..........1st time RideSmart will do free leather rentals and boot rentals. Great way to build up skills for the street. Anybody can tell ya that 1 TD is like 8 months worth of riding.....plus its fun as and you get to meet a bunch of cool people.

Nah man, a bunch of people are on here to help. That swingarm changes the geometry of your bike and will actually make it a bit harder to turn at the track/twisties, that's all we were saying.

Psychomedic is right. You want to find out what kind of skills you have checkout a trackday. No cops, poles, or ditches to run into, and get some instruction from some fast guys.
