crb 1000 over heating

I have tried to fill with fluid but cant get it to go thought system. Any Ideas

I canged the resivior. before that it was fine now it seems to not be getting fluid through the radiator the tube on the other side does not seem to have fluid in it

are you talking abot the resivour or the radiator as far as filling it? what is "overheating" the temps please and ill try and coach you.

re read what you wrote, also your thermostat wont open till around 160-170ish, so with radiator cap off and toped off with fluid start the bike and let it run till it sucks fluid down. fill it back up, cap it and set level right in the overflow and run it more till fan comes on , between 215-230. if it goes past then you have air in the system and need to burp it. or you could have a cooling issue.

If you have air in the system, it wont flow. Squeeze the lower hoses with the cap open and thermostat open.
