I'm assuming it's an '09 CBR1000?
Do you have the ignition module?
Is your shift kill enabled?
What's your kill time set at?

I'm not at the shop so I don't have access but I thought the CBR's required an ignition module or an expansion module for the shifter to work.
Call Dynojet in the a.m.: 1 800 992 4993.
