No, I did get a reply from him. Just no reply from eBay.

Glad it's settled. Who knows if he's really scum or not. I for one still think it's the former due to his acceptance of super low offers. Still super fishy to me.

Stop shopping for lowest prices, buy in person at one of the many local places and avoid headaches, cheap is not always cheap...get quality gear, especially when it comes to SAFETY equipment...most stuff on Ebay is ...

Its ok Ebay always protects the buyer. Start a dispute if you payed with paypal you will get your money back. PERIOD
