I know what you mean there. I've thought about that before. But then again, to some, putting on quality lean mucle mass is a passion, an addiction. The weight you gain is a barrier knocked down, a goal accomplished. Working out regularly also keeps me focused for everything else in life; it keep me disciplined. The rub though, is if you gain a LOT of muscle either naturally or synthetically, later in life when you no longer work out or work to stay super lean, you just look "big and soft" not "muscular"

Just out grew my 1 piece track suit, Teknic size 40 if any one is interested.
it is in pefrect condition never been down except the knee pucks.
obvious not many on here will fit in it either.

well my mom is 52 and is still tiny, and my dad is 58 and is 5'9 185 hes not fat at all, and does not work out anymore genetics suck. when i get older ill be happy though.
