the lowest body fat any human can get is a little under 7%.....bruce lee died and had 7% body fat so yeah dude you need to eat some more....unless your like bruce lee and can kick some lol

i used to skate and snowboard all the time (still have my vintage powell perelta guerro board and 3 snowboards sitting in my storage) ... its the best exersize ... had a half pipe in the basement of my house ... would skate till someone racked their head on the rafters ... too much fun

BF levels of close to 3% can be held for a few hours.

yeah, most pros are down to 4-5% for competition but only hold it for those few days prior. Very hard to survive at that %.

can't kick much anymore cuz i'm getting old ... i have actually been getting kinda sick cause i can't eat enough good calories ... been eating entire pizza's, boxes of cereal, etc. ... plus side too all of this is that i can eat anything i want :icon_bigg ... downside is you spend alot of time on the can

Ah nice! Good age to get them going. Used to ride with this guy @ Dex who started his son at that age. After a couple of years he was starting to rip pretty good for a little guy. RIP Dex North

I just got the neighbor kid (10 yr old) riding the ramp and he is picking it up at an amazing pace. Already slashing the coping after a couple of weeks. He is working on Rock n Rolls and Tail Stalls now. Crazy Kids! A couple more weeks and his bag of tricks will be deeper then mine. :laughing6

think skating is really cool and good for kids to get in to ... they pick up on it so fast cuz their fearless, repair quickly and are lower to the ground ... i played soccer for years, a little bit of football and lifted like a dog but skating was so much funner and also required a bit of skill (or a dime bag) ... now i just run tri's to fill the time
