I took no explode for a while, made me feel like i was gonna blow up! Help my pump for a long time so i felt solid for days after a workout! But it casues you to gain lots of weight if you are not on a strict diet and workout plan! I switched and went to BSN Nitrix, made by the same people. Like it better helped keep me cut and a gain good size not bulk up!

Yea I need a good lean drink...I have the size I want, just can't seem to get it cut. Almost "country boy thick"...somewhat cut but not as much as I would like...

thermo gain on my bulk cycles...

i just like the dry sauna better....i know that its all my sweat, not the moisture in the air.

plus, i can stay for a while and not have to worry about getting all wrinkly like if i stayed in the pool too long.
