I can lead the 2nd group if no-one else minds, i could go at a slower pace instead of being the fast group.

what I did last sunday was, lead the slow group but have the new guys right behind YOU! Keep them on your rear view mirror and watch them.

Alot of the guys were looking out last sunday and told me a few guys were riding all over the place.. so I got them right behind me and everything went smooth from there!

I really wish I can be there guys.. But what can I do...

Oh ok.. I would like to get at least a fast one in first then lead the slower group on a few runs on a much slower pace.

once we get to RR i can lead the slower group without a problem i just dont know the route to get there. if you or frank leads us there once there you can take of. but frank already said he would lead so i guess you 2 can talk it out and see who wants to cruise from la mad to RR..

I usually meet ya'll on 99 and ride from there. But if he said he would lead first thats cool, i figured he would like to get it in first then assign someone else to pace the slower group. it doesn't matter to me, I just wanna ride.
