2003 gsxr 600 cluth problems

Bikes neen sitting for over 6 months since we been out of town working,
Bike turned on when it was time to put it in gear, nada, so we changed tje cluth and adjust the new ones and same problem if anyone can help would be apreciated, we are in 1960 and aldinewest field, got a nice cold 24pk of ur choice for the help! Thanks u can reaxh me at 7134746442

The cluth does not engage we tried rolling it and it dies so i put it in first and started it till it turned on after that, i changed gears without cluth and gears go in like nothing

Are you saying the clutch acts like it is disengaged all of the time?

Dumb question but is the chain still on the bike?

Where is the clutch pushrod freeplay set at?

Where is the clutch cable freeplay set at?

yes to all, and when hold the cluth in the tire is still locked wont move,

Got it to work. Took everything out greased it and put it back

Maybe your clutch is just far out of adjustment. Usually when you replace the clutch the lever won't stop the wheel. You sound like yours is the opposite. Are you 100% confident about your clutch job?
