me either.. people see bikes as so tiny and small like, they can just be "pushed" out of the way, plus ive had people literally move my bike if it's in there way.
on monday i parked my bike at the walmart, someone didn't like where it was i guess and moved it like 20 feet away.. i was like.. wtf

Exactly. I know that the police will ticket and possibly tow if a non handicapped car is parked in the handicap spot, what do you think they would do in this case?

Awesome. I'd leave a note telling the Explorer owner I have pics of them parked illegally, their plates and their VIN. Make 'em a lot less likely to back over the bike.

So, I know it's not right, but is it actually illegal to park a car in motorcycle parking?

I mean, a business/school can paint whatever they want on the ground... doesn't make it law.

The cops can't enforce it but the owner of the lot could

It's funny cause some motorcycle parking signs on certain lots here are not even real. Some of us are in the know...others not so much.

Go to the store owner, have them put over the intercom the type of vehicle, and license that it is illegally parked and it will be towed. It may have them leave what they are doing only to have the go out there and find out nothing is wrong. Call all your friends and surround the vehicle so the can not get into it. All kinds of things I could think of.

Yea, cause the guy would likely just move your bike elsewhere, that is when you got them.
