Good Body Shop for Bikes

Does any one know any good body shops around the Houston area that work with bikes? Such as one that might be able to take a dent or two out of a tank and repaint a few pieces...

Have any idea about how much a shop like that usually charges for painting a tank and taking out a dent?

Do you have a pic? The reason I ask is how BIG is this "dent".... Many body shops charge out the for small jobs too because it just really isn't worth their while. They would rather roll 1 of the 40 cars in that need paint/body work they have sitting in the yard. Just saying to get a $100 price you might have to do a little work or go to a smaller shop.... My 2cents

Here are some pics to give some perspective of size. I know its hard sometimes to remove dents on a crease, but I wonder it I could just get some place that does paintless dent repair to take care of this...

Thanks everyone for your input!! This gives me a good place to start. I've been into cars a bit in high school and I know from that, that its really hard to tell a good body shop by the cover so a little firsthand input goes a long way and is highly appreciated.

my front fairing has a crack that started small, now after a few months i has grown from like 1/4'' to like 1''

any recommendations on how to attack this problem before it gets worse, im thinking wind is putting stress on it and causing it to get worse

if still abs plastic, plastic weld
if fiberglass re-glass it.

for a temporary fix get some plastic reapir from oriely's (it comes in a tube like epoxy) and some mesh tape they use for drywall. clean the back side EXTREMELY well and the clean it again. sand it with 60 or 80 grit. apply the glue, apply the mesh, and the apply the glue again. don't be scared to be friendly with the glue.

the problem with plastic welding is that you run into the danger of heating the panel up to much. it is already a very flexible part and you could easily warp the rest of it.

Give me a call -
Look me up.
www.TrackGraphics.us
I'm starting Smiley's bike today. Full paint, cracked plastic, dent in tank like yours and a little custom work. Ask him if he thinks his price is fair.
Drill a 1/4 inch hole right at the ver end of the crack. Drill slow. Then smooth out the inside of the hole with 400 grit paper wrapped around a philips screwdriver.
