Wow - $10,000 for an electric dirt bike?
I agree that it's pretty freaking cool, but that cost is going to have to become more reasonable before anyone actually buys it.

What's cool about it is the transmission. Most electric motorcycles are in the 8k-10k price range, excluding state and federal incentives. None of them have more than one speed however, so even with a strong motor they have really low top speeds. If a gearbox also helps increase their range per battery it would make electric bikes pretty competitive.
