Have one of them change bike's oil while you hang with me..I have a 250 too j/k

250 oil change is a mess...they use the paper filter type (not the spin on filter) so you have to take the assembly out..it's messy but not hard at all....you will need disposable gloves.

Hey Floyd, where is your shop located?
Maybe you said it earlier in the thread, but I don't want to sift through 5 pages
I've got a 12k mile service on my bike coming up, and I think it would be easier to rotate the engine and check the valves, etc. in a shop...rather than my super packed and tiny garage

Only things I haven't done on my own bike are tire changes and the time I had my wheels powder coated. I won't be doing my own shock and fork cartridge kit change either, but I will take the forks out myself. I just don't have the suspension know-how for that kind of stuff.

Hey fellas. New member here.

I do all the basic maintenance on my car and bike. Just did oil, brake fluid, and coolant change. Gonna tackle changing the chain and sprockets soon.

But she started leaking oil months before the last oil change last month. I thought it was because of the old oil, but after the oil change there's still a slow leak. It's more of a drop once or twice a week when the motor is off. FFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
