stuck in the mud

well i went out in the texas city mud hole today and got my truck stuck. my brother also got his truck stuck. I'm high centered in the front and we jacked up the back and stuck some boards under it. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how i can get out. or wanted to come out here and pull me out. I'm not stuck too bad and its easy enough to get to me i just can't get off my high centered front. pays 50 bucks. or let me know what you would do to get yourself out in this situation. we are thinking of getting a 3ton come along but i don't know if the tree we have to tie off to is strong enough.

Thumbs up

think about investing in a good winch and recovery gear! i've been in your shoes before !! a young kid nagged me to plow through a mud hole that looked like any other that i had been through , but as soon as the driverside front end went in----------that section of my truck dropped down about 3 - 4 FEET!!! I WAS TEETER-TOTTING AND COULDNT GRAB ANY TRACTION AT ALL!! :BangHead: eventually after about 30 min of tugging, these two powerful 4 wheelers yanked my tacoma out far enough to where i could get my 4 wheel drive action to grip finally. i was very embarrassed................ (3" lift w/ 33-12.5's tires and 4x4 .......useless) enjoy my "stupid" story!

i have 33x12.5 with a 2in lift on my truck and yeah i just got unstuck a couple days ago and swore never to go out there again till my truck was lifted but my brother-in-law got a jeep yesterday and kept saying i was scared to go out there and called me a , so i went out there and well you know the rest. now i'm mad at myself and can't wait till it gets jacked up even more.
