Talk to Bill ealier today once he got done with his CAT scan. He said he was fine for the most part but his back was hurting really bad and so was his hand. He said the CAT scan didnt show anything, but from what i got from the conversation that he was going to get a 2nd opinion when he gets back to Corpus. He is old and fragile so any little fall is going to hurt :icon_bigg

I hope your feeling better Bill. I had to look at that thing all day as it was sitting right in front of where I was pitted.

Bill told me he clipped the curb at the apex of turn 7, and the bike immediately low sided and began to slide toward the outside of the turn (right). He said he thought he would never stop tumbling - sky/ground - sky/ground - sky/ground - etc etc ................................................
It appears he will be fine - x-rays and cat scans indicate nothing broken. Left shoulder blade/shoulder VERY SORE, small (about 1.5" diameter) spot of road rash on his left knee where leathers rolled around and the stretchy material part in the back of knee area ended up in the front and ground through. Helmet took a beating - head ok (as ok as ever :laughing6).
