Did you order food/drinks at The Deck House and not receive them?

Hey folks,

When we were at The Deck House last night I talked to the new bar manager about the issue a few of you had about getting charged for items you didn't receive. We have a solution...

Just go up to the bar, ask for Kelly, tell her you are with MotoHouston and didn't receive a food or drink item, and your food and/or drinks are on the house for your visit.

I emailed the owner about the bad service yesterday but I haven't received a reply back as of this morning. We may go back. We may not. But, we will probably take a break from there for now while they sort out their "management issues".

Yea there's a lot of disorganization that needs to get sorted out with their food system and wait staff. We went there after the hospital visit and it totally sucked unless you went to the bar yourself and did everything...if it did work out it still took forever. Sad because the joint is nice they just need to re-evaluate their service.

I'm going to give them a month to get rid of their useless manager (Rand) and get the new girl up to speed. Once she is in full control there then I am sure things will get better. But, only another visit will tell.

The Man's Club or Petrol Station next Thursday. Not sure yet. I will post on Tuesday.

I say you don't do men's club unless we meet before 7.because thefood will be expensive(unless you're a baller) ..and after 9 the stuff gets even more expensive... and before 7 they have free buffet... just a heads up....glad I decided to not do the big meet there.

I told you trooper we should have not gone there

They also need to fix the deck. There's planks all over the place that I'm constantly tripping on...

I hear ya. If we were going to go there then I would set the meet time at 6 or something. But, Cool New Name gave me an interesting suggestion via PM that I am going to look into as well. All will be posted on Tuesday.

Call, ask for Kelly, explain what happened, and she will make things right.

Yeah, there is one plank that is unreal dangerous. But, if Cool New Name's suggestion for a place is legit then we won't have to worry about planks.

I've been to Petrol Station a couple of times and there are a couple of things that hold me back from making a decision to go there right away.

The service when I have gone there has always been . There is never any girls. And it is right in the middle of a residential neighborhood. With 20+ sport bikes showing up I don't want to call any unneeded attention to ourselves, considering out average rideout time has been around 11pm.
