Buying a new bike , suggestions any one ...

Well its bout that time , I am getting ready to buy a bike. Last bike was a 02 gsxr 750. Need some advise on what bike to get , i dont know if i should upgrade to a 1000 or get a newer model 600. I want to be able to both track it and ride around weekends and such.

well i had two bikes in mind, 2006 raven r6 or 2006 honda cbr 1000 rr and man im juz having a hard time deciding.

ya i was leaning toward the 1000 rr but i dont know if im ready for all that power, like i said i also want it for track use. sooo i guess what i want to know is how do u like your 1000 on the track vs a 600 cc on the track ???

i am not a track guy but i have had 600- 1340 and everything inbetween ,,

i think the 600 are better for track , but to each his own ,, i would still go with the BMW

Split between street and track? Liter for sure. Enough better on the street to make up for the 600 track advantage. You'll hate the r6 on the road.
