[QUOTE=floyd600;2882447]two options.....

1- take off!!! you are faster so leave them behind....
2- slow down once they passed you, let them get way ahead of you

I me and my friend was cruising at 35.. after she passed between us we slowed down to let her keep on going then she slowed to 15.. she drove on the two right lanes swing left right left right.and when I went to the left lane to get the out of there, she tried to pin me between the curb and her car.

lots of em

wow, this thread has really opened my eyes, I have a chl forever and I carry everywhere, everyday, all of these years I have only pulled once while 911 was on cell phone in other hand, I could have plainly put the guy down and slept in my own bed that same evening, but honestly, me keeping a cool head throughout kept the other dude alive and kept me out of hot water, even though plainly justifiable, still cost money, time and heartache etc etc etc.
I carry IWB when I ride, often thought about what it would take for me to pull on a motor vehicle.......this thread confirms my thinking of, its easier to let it go and remove yourself from the sit as quick as possible, if possible.
I have had one instance at 1am on i-45 where a chevy truck purposely tried to take me out, I am an aware rider, even at 1am and avoided, he then tried tog et me from behind. I then tossed a pocketful of change at his windshield and away I went at space shuttle speeds....i know, I could have handled it differently, but I wanted to make sure he had something to remember the next morning.

I had a situation happen where a Honda Civic almost ran me off the road while trying to pass. He was in my lane the entire time and within touching distance of my bike. I acted rationally and took a couple deep breaths so I didn't freak out. It turns out a cruiser behind me saw everything and lit his up. Underneath my helmet I was all smiles thinking to myself, "finally some justice."

There is nothing a hug can't cure....
