Just get the information and file charges for attempted murder.

No - it wont stick, but the investigation alone will scare the living out of her.

aggravated assault is what you call it when someone tries to run over you in a car, attempted murder works as well. A guy I worked with a while back occasionally used to ride with some guys from Cleveland who turns out were Banditos. They had no problem pulling guns on the driver of the truck and letting him know that trying to hit people on motorcycles was not a good idea.

Read the post it doesn't look like he did, looks to me like she was intent on doing this on her own, if they hadn't been paying attention she may have succeeded...

get over it, and go on with your life. You didn't die, she didn't hit you. What are you going to do? Go to her house and her up?

interesting concept seeing as my CHL instructor said that if a person was in a car trying to hit you and you felt your life was at risk you COULD be justified in shooting them for it. he also said multiple witnesses were handy though.

The jury will question why you could not speed up or slow down. I would have to ask also. Would that not be faster?

he probably wrote the wrong plates (off by a number or letter) people tend to do that when "fight or flight" kicks in.
