Well.... We all know that the driver that hit the dude on the bike has all the fault in the world and he should be hit with some big time $$$ charges BUT... I see that everyone came to a stop all suddenly, you see the rider that locked up his rear wheel... This is why I always have my eyes on my rear view mirrors and specially when you come to a stop like that then LOOK BACK!! and specially get on the left or right of your own lane. THAT would give you enough room for you not to be stuck in the middle of both vehicles.

accident

something similar happened to me while i was driving, the person who hit me had no insurance and with suspended license. he was only ticketed did not get arrested, the damage and medical bills was over 12 grands.....

Before that, female driver rear ended me and ran for it, i had to chase her for good 4-5 miles. it turns out she did not have driver license nor driving her own car.........and HPD did not arrest her either...................

Everyone pointing out that he locked up his rear wheel means what exactly, he can't ride, he sucks?...it's irrelevant! Regardless, he stopped and the person behind him didn't. Even if he hadn't locked up his wheel, he still would have been plowed the over...

Where's the guy from the other thread saying he doesn't wear gear when it's HOT! This video should wring his bell a little.....unless he just has to wait until it happens to him...
