typically, the ones with the 3-1 muffler bearing set up are loudest. the ones with a 6-1 set up are quieter due to the extra ratio of muffler bearings. hope that helps.

Search for your bike on youtube, this will give you a better perspective of looking at different aftermarket exhausts and also hearing them.

Really, though, if you want an exhaust (not just a muffler) that will actually do something for your bike then look at Brock's

My favorite is the sidewinder but that's a low pipe that hurts your right-side ground clearance and is really for drag bikes. If you want to get close to that level of sound and performance then look at their megaphone.

Brock's = great sound and real performance gains.
