Random Question - Bike Choice

I was just wondering, I read about people going for higher end bikes such as Ducati and BMW but I was wondering why no one mentions the Aprilia RSV4? It's price range is right in line with either of the other models so I don't see that being a factor. Is there something about this bike (other than being solo seat only) that people steer clear of? Just curious.

The RSV4 is a fantastic bike, and AF1 is a dealer that most should take after, most people feel more comfortable financially I believe on the big 4 stuff, they are all great bikes

I'm trying to convince the wife (not working) on letting me get one of them. I think they look incredible and the magazines have nothing but good reviews on them.

Sweet looking bike. I would say it's because of the solo seat. After all, how can you pick up a curb monkey with only one seat?

He mentioned that the idea wasn't working with the wife...

Never heard them called a curb monkeys before. That 's funny. The solo seat doesn't bother me (wife).
