Gah.
I'm going to name the ones I've had the privilege of riding with.
Guitarman, Cali, Tiatool, Otra599, Texlurch, Vmaxgirl, Nox, Bevo(limited), Duci(limited)

Ken is for sure the one I trust the most because I have the most riding experience with him.

I cant say im this lucky. I learned to ride solo. I pretty much ride solo 99.9% of the time. No one loves me :|
Its good to see how much alot of guys and gals are respected as much as you guys are though. That is awesome.

Hooligan (he pedals now)
Cali
Jimmyzx6

There are others but that list is a good start

There have been many over the years and I still like to listen and learn from everyone, not just the faster riders. In no particular order:

*Kevin - I forgot his SN in MH. He was my first intructor when I started doing TD. He instructs with Fastline now.
*Sunny - Not only was the best mechanic in H-Town, he was awesome at giving you feeback.
*CDILL - Brandt is pretty cool to tell you what you could improve.
*Tony Ta a.k.a Houseofpain
*Tom LSTD - Tom has helped me find a few seconds at TWS (Texas World Speedway) just by adjusting lines and moving braking points. I hope I can work with him this Friday at ECR.

Last but, certainly, not least, Gonzo, he is always willing to help you out, no matter how busy he is.

Awesome guys!

This is what I was looking for!

Seems like alot of the newer riding community has lost alot of the personal connection w riders that keep eachother incheck when riding.

Really appreciate the comments about each rider.

And its also reminding me how much group riding we use to do and some old memories. Cheers to Otra599 too... I know he stays busy these days. I def miss the old group, laughter and jokes. Good to see many, many of names pop up that hadnt been forgotten but had rekindled a smile.

Not to play the sad card:

Zorn: always, always went out of his way to help others including a road-side repair and fab of his old front brake lever to Woody's broken mount in the middle of a forest ride.

CoachDave: cuz he was the coach. If you didnt know you missed out.

PigPen: Tim was quiet at first which was why he and I had some good convo; but I was going through the same point in my life that he was and his support was understanding helped out.

I guess in this group... I have the most time on Cali's wheel. I'd ride with him anywhere without thinking twice about it.

Repo and I have been all over several states together. Several bikes. More than one decade. I'll share lanes with these two anytime.

I saw your lime creek run on youtube. I have no doubt that I would feel safe riding behind you. None whatsoever. And I have never met you!!!

I'm pretty new to the community but there are a couple of people that have really helped me in not only riding, but *with welcoming me into sport riding

thanks to sunday rider (frank) for consistently setting up events and the RR smr so that I know that I have a reliable place to sharpen my skills. Always friendly and willing to help out a newb asking for it

Omer has always been welcoming to anyone and everyone. I've noticed that he is often the first to greet newcomers at events. Also, his experience in selling bikes is vital for when you go shopping for own used scoot.

Hung is a reminder of how some people in the riding community can be so generous for no other reason than to be a good person. He drove me way the out to kemah on a last minute request so I could buy my 954 and has been above and beyond *helpful when helping me find a bike for a friend on mine.

Patrick at Motorcycles Unlimited, never ridden with him, (would be hella intimidated tbh) but his advice is unquestionably trusted by me. His honest, no-bullshit attitude is something I greatly appreciate out of a shop.

And most of all, BadItalian.. I'm sure he saw this coming cause I likely spend more time riding/wrenching with this f**ker than everyone else combined. Bryan was who shared MH with me, openning a whole can of [enter something fun but can take up way too much time.. that fits inna can]. *He showed me the good roads in the area (doesn't take long in Houston.) CR, RR, Allen. Brought me to my first pp1 meet and first SMR. I practically lived in his garage for some days, learning basic bike maintenance, and bolting on new goodies. Showed me the light with a copy of twist of the wrist. Dropped some knowledge on me about motogp.

By also being a high school teacher, he gave me my first dose of "fuckital", something I really needed during my first year of teaching.*

All this was during a grieving time in my life, when I really needed to be a part of something positive. So thanks bryan and motohouston!! Don't forget how big this community can be to some people.*

Hey thanks Sherman and Chris for mentioning me

For me the person that i have learned a lot from is Carlos Lascale, too bad he is so busy with his racing season that he never comes out and ride with us anymore.... Hands down he is the" FASTEST" and Safest rider i have ridden with so far, and he is always willing to give you a few pointers if you ask for it

As far as the riders i am comfortable riding with, i can say that i feel very comfortable riding with Manuel, Crazy Angel, Zack, Bryan, Floyd, Omer, Chris and a few of our regulars on Sundays mainly because we know how each person rides and respect each other not because of how fast they ride but simply because we are all friends that hang out and do stuff other than riding which really makes it a fun group to ride with
