Do I get one, even though mine have both been in cages?

I slammed into the back of her car, pretty much landing on the truck of it and she speeds off. Luckily a guy in a truck pulled over to help me but he didn't get her license plate number or the direction she took off in. bike is ok minus a few scratches. Just wanted to blow off some steam.

file a police report, maybe the store has cameras that caught her plate number, also the bank in the parking lot and the one across the street has cameras

lol this wasnt the H.E.B off Bay Area and El Camino. I was coming from the boyfriends house. There is no bank in the parking lot at this one. Just a stand alone H.E.B. Thanks for the tip though. I've already taken care of everything but it was of no use. There wasn't much damage to my bike other than a few scratches (yay for framesliders) so tracking her down for insurance purposes wasn't on the top of my list. It was more of the fact that she did what she did. Too many "what if's" for people to do these kinds of things, especially with the increase of motorcycles, scooters, and even regular bicycles on the road now. And i guess even though I am not with a department right now, I am still a licensed peace officer, so they were saying that if they ever did catch her that her charges would be increased . I thought that only applied to commissioned officers.
