If you do donuts on the greens, the fines get hefty......I'm just sayin'. Ask Dave Aldana, former star of "On Any Sunday". He got in a wee bit 'o'trouble doin' that several years back.

If it's in private property, I'm sure trespassing could be a charge. Dont know if you'll be breaking other laws by using motorized vehicles illegally.

If ignorance was an excuse to break the law we would be in a world of trouble. I was just thinking somone has had to been busted doing this.......
I used to ride my fiddy on paths all the time and never thought about it. However I would not like to get some crazy expensive ticket or get my impounded for something like that. Would be nice to know what kind of "tax" it would be if busted.

It's hard to get someone for trespassing. If they ask you to leave and you leave, no trespassing charges

There's this thing called a race track.
Go nuts and don't get caught unless yer TOO SLOW.
Can't believe you actually "want" to ride on a golf course.
Stay of the golf course. You're giving good riders a bad name.

If it's a working course you should be more worried about the criminal mischief charge than the trespassing. To be charged with trespassing they either have to have a 'no trespassing' sign up combined with an active trespass affidavit or someone has to actually tell you to leave and you refuse. On either case it's a petty misdemeanor. If you damage the grass/greens with your bike then you can be liable for criminal mischief/property damage. If the damage is expensive then you can be looking at a serious charge. Considering how much golf course grass can be valued at you could push into felony territory pretty easily.

I wouldn't risk riding on an active course. Ask around about the closed course that people used to ride on but I don't think it's still accessible.
