06+ gsxr 600 motor just for the shear abundance of parts, and how cheap you can get motor kits for. Aside from 636 (which is out I guess) they all make very similar power.

09+ 6Rs generally produce the most with the R6 JUUUUST behind it. 1-2 hp if I remember correctly.

I would look more into where in the RPM's the power is made. I figure peak hp is so close it does not matter.

I'd look at which has the best torque curve if you are putting it in a 4 wheel...

HP is a wonderful calculation but torque moves the vehicle.

I would think that the stock HP numbers are so close the design/engineering of the car's chassis you're putting the motor in could have a greater effect on success than a couple HP. Plus...driver skills. But I'm talking out my since I really have no idea.
