Bad or good?

A house can be debt but if it appreciates substatially then it's good debt.

My toys are all paid for. Besides the house, I don't believe in debt.

I owe someone $500, starting a week ago. Should be paid off in a few weeks. I dont **** around when it comes to paying someone.

now someone else owes me $500 from almost 4yrs ago. worthless .

Another friend not just 2 months ago swore up and down he needed $200 for bills, after I gave him the money, I found out he really gave it to his "ex-GF" who broke up with him for another guy, reason he did It I dont know, he didnt even offer, she just asked for it. I was told I would see it at the end of the month. I have yet to see that. Funny thing is he is about to be the screwed one, cause he gave me the title to his rx7, so Im about to look into hauling that thing away. Old highschool bestfriend, I dont give a ****. my money is my money. I will get it back one way or other.

And then my uncle owes me $200 I spent for school books.

Debt free other than my student loans, which are locked in at 2.7% and then take .5% off for automatic withdrawl and another .5% off for 36 months of ontime payments, and I'm sitting currently at 2.2% and will be at 1.7 in 2007
