Installing an extended fuel mix screw on a DRZ question

Ordered the JD kit and replaced the main jet with a 160 the pilot with a 25 and used the blue needle with the clip on the 3rd groove down from the top.

Now I need to install the extended fuel mixture screw but need to drill out the brass retainer holding it in. Question is what size drill bit do it use? Do I just go small then get gradually larger?

Getting my MRD/SSW exhaust in Tuesday!!!!

Thanks in advance!!

I would use a small one and gradually work your way to the larger one

Use a 5/32" and just pierce the cap, don't apply too much pressure or you'll hit the fuel mixture screw underneath it.
Take a sheet metal screw and turn it into the hole a turn or two and pull the whole thing out with some pliers.
