I had a dream I laid the bike down

I don't know if anyone else has had these kind of dreams in their riding 'career' or whatever you want to call it, but this was just weird. the first one I've had about this in my 4 years of riding.

to start it off, I was on my bike in some random neighborhood that is next to some awesome back roads with some sweet twisties. While riding the twisties I was doing awesome, good lean angles and everything, it seemed as if everything was going perfect. But once I got back to the neighborhood I was pulling up to a stop sign going about 20-30, was a T-intersection and I was going towards the dead end. I started to apply the front brakes when all the sudden there was a branch that I didn't notice for some reason, about 3 inches thick, well I went over it because I didn't have the time to react. Then, after I hit the branch, it was like some freak accident happened to my front brakes or something and they no longer had pressure and my rear brake didn't either. I was going straight to the curb at about 25, with cars in both sides of the T-intersection, so I decided I didn't want to risk anyone else getting hurt and just drop it and slide. So I leaned hard while keeping the bars straight and put it on its side, slid on my back to stop just inches from the curb, then the bike hit the curb and landed on its right side in the grass. I was geared up didn't have an scratches except my jeans were a little ripped. I was able to get the bike up and everything, brakes worked after and all. just freaked me out.

Has anyone else had this kind of dream, or maybe worse? It freaked me out a little, needless to say I drove to study today haha.

lets hear some stories!

cliffnotes:
dream I was riding, hit a branch at an intersection, brakes failed, had to lay it down, wasn't hurt, weirded me out.

I had a dream last night that I took a pair of AKs and wiped out the party of south of the border barrio types who were blasting their f-ing music at 2 am... or was it a dream?

RR12 up to around driftwood for some salt lick BBQ then turn on 3238 then RR620 then bullick hallow (spelling?) then lime creek and then go home.

My favorite ride: scenery, bbq, and some tight roads.

In fact, will be doing that tomorrow for the of it.

If not that, then I have a looooong ride hitting all the good roads from new braunsfels all the way to lime creek. I skip out on the BBQ since it would interfere with my riding.

I have had plenty of bike accident dreams, and a few where I have been murdered, or killed in combat.

I can say 2 things.

Of the virtually "real" dreams (where I wake up and had to question if it was a dream or did I do that last night??") I take it easy the next day per whatever the dream related to.

The rumor of "if you die in your dream, you die in real life.." is untrue. Heaven is beautiful, and I can't explain the colors. Or maybe I did die, and came back ..who knows. But I haven't. Been permanantly dead yet

Oh yeah last part that I find interesting.

The one constant in any of my dreams is this ..I save all of my money in the "MoneyN section of encyclopedia Brittanica. That is where I always store, save, and use for emergencies.. I am so , cause in real life I go to get some money out of it....NOTHIIIIING! Fark! (For some reason a dream involving money is always a "real life". Nothing weird. Sucks when you wake up knowing you did something....and it was false. "Yeah, that's right I changed the tire on it last night"..walk out to garage...WTF????....NOOOOOOO. … ;D

I really did crash real bad one time. When i went over the curb at about 90 mph it was like a 12 guage going off. About once a week i wake up all sweaty not making that turn to the sound off a 12 guage.
