my 09 gsxr 600

so, i have a full leo exhaust and put a new k&n filter, and i have realized my moto has just been running differently (and not in a good way) so i was going to purchase a new sprocket, chain, and power commander, my question is will the bike run a lot more smoother now with those modifications, since the full exhaust and air filter is just
