I have had mixed results over the years with Tomball Suzuki, it should never take 3 months to replace fork seals on an SV, and their parts and accesories leave much to be desired. Why are there not more bikes on the showroom floor?

I guess you would rather that technician just do the oil change, charge you for the work and send you out on the road without ever letting you know that there is a problem that could end up costing you a lot of money down the road!
I'd rather said tech or service manager call me & explain their concern/thoughts prior to doing more 'work' than I might be willing or capable of paying for.

Let's face it, it would not be the first time a shop did something hinky...

Ive only been in there twice.....once was to get a oil filter, other was to look at a new bike....had a holdover busa there and the guy said he wouldnt budge a cent on price....and he was asking msrp. f-that.

I just wanted to say thank you to the service manager at the dealership today. He took the time to sit with me & show me exaxtly what he was talking about,to sort out any confusion & I was not charged anything extra other than the oil change I took it in for,I even learned a little bit about moto GP shifting so thank you again for the help :thumb.
