With the new busa's ignition switch connector location it is very easy to take another ignition switch and simply unplug/plugin. would take i dunno 10-15 seconds mabye less. Not sure why suzuki put the plug where you can get right to it. Best of luck to you.

i could be wrong but it sounds like a possible set up, unless you parked in a blind spot, you did say the lot was full with cameras unless i misread but if there was a camera on it and it is security controlled acess they have to know who went in unless they were slacking 0ff, could also have been someone who worked on your bike who followed you or something. im just throwing the possiblities out there, dont be so trusting in people
