+1. Except I hope its not $400, as they are trying to recover funding loans for the next 10 years.

Yea...thats what I'm wondering too...besides the fact, how many corner workers would you have to have for that track?

I don't think we will see CMRA or a TD there soon. If we do, the costs will be considerably higher, maybe like Barber's or Laguna. I would still pay them though, at least once.

What do those cost, as reference?

It ranges from different organizations. For Laguna I've seen them go from 250 to 300 bucks. For Barber, I've seen them go from 180 to 250. However, some organizations, like STT or NESBA make you buy a membership that usually costs about 50 bucks more.

They usually follow the same format as our local orgs, meaning 3 groups, 20 minute sessions and usually 7 sessions per group. Plus the grids tend to be crowded as well.

Another thing to consider are the track special rules. Per example, in Laguna you bike cannot be louder than 92 db, and they do enforce it.

That right there is what may kill other TD orgs.
That will be the price to deal with

One thing though, this is a big track and maybe lots of space so you may be able to put a lot more than 35 riders per session bringing the cost down a bit but still it will be a big cost.

Another thing is KS gives back to the riding community so they may give good deals to other TDs

Time will tell.
