chill riding to me is going anywhere from 70 to 90 mph *on a sport bike that's a good cruising speed*

We had a big group, I didn't think that it was going to be that big.

Hey! didn't you left when we were eating?? after that I never saw you...

Nice Vid.

I have no problem with the speeds. I was right there with everyone. Speed is one tiny aspect of riding that gets way too much attention in my opinion.

Yeah - we have a little spot on the Strand we like - so we went over there and found a spot on the patio.

Glad everyone made it back relatively intact.

Floyd600 does a great job leading rides and its great people can respect and follow the group to some degree.

For other reasons above is why my smaller group usually leaves early/late and without everyone else so we arent associated w that type of riding. To each their own and in my opinion I'd rather not risk anything when Im on the road for a few measly moments of adrenaline.

Ride safe.

I didn't notice any riding worth complaining about. For the amount of people in the group, it was fairly organized. The guys that were having a little more fun than others got in different lanes than the rest.

That is the second time someone has said it was "fairly organized". Not trying to stir here - but once on the freeway there was nothing orgainzed about the riding. I saw good signals with hands and feet from many, but as far as organization, I need someone to school me I guess. I've only been doing this for 21 years.

I don't think it's possible to post a Galveston ride without some fools showing up

"Fairly organized"= That means that someone was trying to keep it organized but other riders didnt follow... (cant control that)

Looked like fun. That chick is crazy for not wearing any gear. The guy with the leather jacket, helmet, gloves, shorts and deck shoes is only half crazy.

I was at the back on the ride down, and signals and such got to me just fine. About the only craziness I saw (that I would consider crazy) was the quick exits after the accident. Otherwise, great ride!

Thanks for leading us back on 6 Floyd! It was a bit quicker I think than doing the highways.
