Didn't hear about any black flags or illegal passing addressed in class. Pretty sure he was just not used to the whole environment.

Your last two sentences seem contradictory. I have at least 2 times on my GoPro of you parking in the corners in front of me. Pot, kettle, black.

I followed her around in the last session to video her and she kept her pace pretty low on the straights, if you had problems getting by her then maybe your not as fast as you think.
plus if she is slow in the corners it's the perfect time to set up a pass coming out.

Don't get confused I wasn't complaining, because I had no problem. I just said before she calls people out for parking it, she should evaluate her riding.

The guy simply was stating other riders were not being respectful towards newer/slower riders;Passing either too closely to him on the straights or on the turns when the class wasn't approved to pass yet.Unsafe passing can't all be caught. He addressed it before it got out of hand.
Passing before lunch time is a not allowed but yet it happens all the time.Riders either don't LISTEN or impatient.

Believe it or not there were other slower/newer riders besides me.I never hauled on the straights.I've always let other people pass me.I don't have a problem with that.My problem is when they do pass me I catch up to them on the turns while they putt around it.

I'm not trying to call anyone out but yet you took it to heart and took a jab at me.

We are all in the track community and need to help one another not be internet bullies. If you have a problem with me keep it in the PMs.

Level 1 Passing 6 foot distance between riders in the straight aways
Rule for level 1 NO passing on the INSIDE period! After Lunch passing on the outside 6 foot distance between you and the other rider..
We are all learning everytime we go out...we all may need to depend on each other some day... so lets all just get along and learn from mistakes made and call it a day

They put x's down? For braking points and such? That's a really good idea. I never seem to notice the regular markings on the track everyone always talks about...

They did it for all the turn in points in bright day glow yellow. It was really nice.

P.S. I am not sure if the guy that was complaining was complaining about me. I passed someone between 3 & 4 that was going slower than me in the corners (yes, there were a few). He came out of 3 in the middle of the lane and appeared to be holding it. I guned it to pass on the left and just as I did he started moving over to the left. By the time I passed I think he was about a foot away from me and I had about 2" of track left. Had he followed the line he would have been on the left at exit and I could have passed on the right. Lesson learned though. I will pass on the right between 3 & 4 from now on knowing that folks will be moving to the left to setup for 4.

What a great day it was.

Watched two guys at GSS setting up an EZ-up that resulted in a few minutes entertainment.

I learned my lesson - lashed 2 legs to the fence before i raised it to keep from going parasailing around the parking lot. 150lb girlie man + ezup + highwind = highlight reel.

Had a great time at GSS. Really got to try out the new Pirellis and suspension setup. Dropped a significant chunk off my laptimes without having any "oh " moments.
