Yeah, we ran into this issue today. RR is burnt for the spring. Time to find other roads.

RR is good during the week... just no weekends where it won't be packed with morons from the city trying to "experience the country life". Your best bet out here is 10am to 3pm between Monday and Thursday ... Friday through Sunday is because of the morons who wanna pretend liek they're taking their new year's resolution serious by spending $10k on a pedal bike and some nylon shorts that show their raisinettes... Frakin' Yuppie Morons!!!

I'll start giving shout outs midweek for mid day rides... maybe Wednesday around 1 or 2 if anyone is off... I'm picking up another bike to commute on and sending the Su-Cati back to toy status... it's more fun that way.

It's for charity so

I got lucky, pulled over on RR this morning but the dude saw my birthday was in a week so I just got a warning! Stand up guy, but yeah he said they were really going to crack down on the road so unless you have money to burn and you feel your insurance is too cheap... I'd find a new place to ride.

Great spur of the moment ride today. But was it hot. Not looking forward to 90+ degree days.

Haha, same picture basically.

charity my

You know... I'm all about a charity ride... tried to pimp one on here for a month (and NO ONE showed up... not even YOU for that matter)... But, when I have a bunch of nylon clad yuppies cruising through my neighborhood ... for hours on end ... on all of my prime days for riding my rice-burner... then those same nylon clad yuppies can take their $10k schwinns and shove it up their fat yuppie ...

And (FWIW) if you think it's so wonderful, then why don't you invite them to ride back and forth in front of your house while the cops swarm like flies on ... no really... it's a great experience having to add 45 minutes to a 10 minute drive to to the grocery store... or having to wait 20 minutes to pull out of your driveway while they block traffic for the one loser who couldn't keep up with the "slow group" because he's weighs 200 lbs more than anyone on a bicycle should (especially in those GD shorts and matching top)... no really... it's Frackin' great!!!
