I would love to have one. I would jack it up drag racing it though.

I like the curves more but it would see some highway fun as well

I would have to keep the Busa for track only and get it. It would still have to be tested many times at the track.

Not saying I wouldn't take it to the track to see what it could do but that's not what it would be primarily used for.

Only problem with it is to get to all them extra ponies your paying for, you would have to be flying which would want me to take it to the track. Only problem with that is I'd be afraid to wreck it. So I would probably just lose my license if I had one.

I'd wait for the second gen to come out. Maybe they will change up that "ugly" front end for ya.

Yeah that vid of Teasely is awesome....... Don't think in a million years you will get those results..... That dude is one of the best riders in the country and is 150lbs suited...

I guarantee you on a 08-09 Gix1k with Brocks supersport prep and Teasely riding it would only be a tenth of two off of the Beemer....

The power numbers/weight and rider skill all add up to the ET/MPH.... The problem is getting an average rider to do it..... Robert you would have an 8" arm, a ton of gear and a 1000 passes on it and go 9.20s-9.30s........

From what I have been reading, those S1000rr are pretty soft in the low to midrange, considerably less so then a Gx1k, from about 7k up the S1000rr is stronger and from 12k up its WAY stronger...You so BETTER be able to slide the out of that clutch to keep it well above 7k on the launch and gear it to keep it at 11k+ down the track.... It would be a "rider's" bike for sure...
