HONDA of HOUSTON (Micheal Blair)

Everyone this is the honest TRUTH about Micheal Blair. He is the sales manager FOR Honda of Houston 290 and west rd, he is a Discriminator , he only hires employees that are white and females for there ''looks'' its all politics at working at this location, compared to MOST employees at Honda of Houston i am a extremly enthusiastic when it comes to Honda motorcycle and and highly knowledgeable to the technology and products of Honda . I have stated to him that as regular customer here im a good refural to his Business, ...further more as an employee here i would be a great Candidate, also every time i step foot in door greeted or get the attion i need .
This man really showed his true colors in my interview with him. I already have been working on a more professional letter to American HONDA motor CO Inc.

How did they discriminate? They don't like knee-draggers, or what?

Also, if your application was anything like your post, then I'm surprised that you even had an interview...

Seriously though, what happened? You didn't actually tell us anything. Except that you didn't get a job that you wanted.

What they said. I bet you had mistakes just like these on your resume. When I hired folks, typo/error 1 on the resume and they were out.

A few things:

1. In his (I am assuming the poster is male from the "Wayne" in the username) defense, he is upset because he loves Honda and didn't get a job there. The passion is admirable and understandable.

2. I'd prefer to see pretty girls rather than ugly ones. Sexy girls and sexy motorcycles SHOULD always be together.

3. If the poster speaks in a manner that is remotely consistent with the way this post was written, I wouldn't have hired him either.

4. The finance manager (Kerry) that was there in summer '09 was a black guy.

5. A larger proportion of motorcycle and ATV riders are white and their sales staff proportionately represents this. It's a fact...look at riders on the road. UNLESS you ride a Hayabusa which generally are ridden by black guys

A person of color at HOH sold me my Kendon trailer a few weeks ago, and another small dude was making me laugh as he was showing a big 300 pound guy how anybody can put a Gold Wing on the centerstand. The big guy was struggling with it.

Your experience may vary of course. But yes, there are a couple of cuties working there too.
