you wont get any for the reflector but not having a light is a good way of getting poped. With that said.. i have neither and have been fine.

In the past I've used the clear or amber license plate light l.e.d. bolts on the top to light up the light and the reflectors on the bottom of the plate to keep everyone happy.
Nowadays, with the exception of the Bandit, none of my bike have a lic. plate light. I haven't been hassled about it yet, but then again I rarely ride at night anymore.

fabricate one yourself. Its hella easy. Buy a pair of lighted license plate bolts and a pair of license plate bolts with reflectors and make your own bracket if you can from supplies at home depot. Then do what Patrick said put the lights at the top and the reflectors at the bottom.
