Nice. Have you adjusted you air/fuel ratio yet and did it make a big difference in how the bike runs?

Not yet...right now, at WOT it read 11-12...a tad rich. I can drop a washer in the carb needle to lean it out a little. The thing about carb is it's hard to adjust, unlike the fuel map with FI. Pulling the carb apart is a pain as well vs uploading a fuel map

You'll probably get richer a/f when the temperature starts going up in the summer too I would think.

What's the function of the block off plates? Does that increase performance?

block of plate to remove PAIR system...I don't know the exact science of it but it messes up the a/f reading since it route fresh air into the exhaust system. Something to do with emission. When people put a bike on the dyno they usually block this one off (pinch the line or something). I just remove it all together.

They keep the oil vapors from contaminating the reading of the O2 sensor
