You can maintain throttle. Sometimes that works

...sometimes it doesn't.

I've done pretty well to avoid rear slides. Anything i've done has been so minute that just a little shake or shimmy is all I've gotten. Nothing like a full bike whip like that clown.

I've ridden there and its an uphill grade which might explain why he was on it a little soon. Kinda tricky to be smooth and not get squirrely there when u got so much to look at ie. bad assed scenery

Throttle control, etc...all BS.

Here's a hint. If you have seen multiple crach scenes on youtube on the SAME CORNER, and there are cameras and gawkers hanging out in said corner every weekend to record crashes....SLOW THE F%^K down there and continue on...there is obviously an "issue" with that particular turn.

Just sayin...

^ or at least set up several cushions and mattresses so when ppl get owned, they have a nice, pillowly landing. possibly set up a hot glue gun stand next to it to attach broken misc. pieces and charge enormous mark ups.

YouTube - R6 Highside Motorcycle Crash - Mulholland Highway
it has nothing to do with getting on the throttle too early, the rider just counter steered too much

If you look at the slow-mo you can see the guy chop the throttle right as the back steps out. This is a classic no no.

That or too much weight on the front tire when he "counter steered too much".

Let the games begin...
