knee down

finally dragging knee a few times and it feels bad .!! wow it feels good once u put ur knee down and dragging it along the curves, kinda makes u and ur bike feel more balanced kinda like training wheels lol.

Tapping a knee down is a result not a goal. If its like training wheels, you're probably doing it wrong.


Also, if you're reaching that goal on the street......you're probably doing something completely stupid.

No, we speak of experience. Everyone knows that when you're at track, getting your knee down is never a goal, it's just something that happens.

We're just trying to look out for you because if you're really truly getting your knee down in the streets, you're way too fast to be safe.
