or you can always get on youtube and look at how's it done... there's a video of a dude and a red 2008 ninja 250r and he shows you how to change your own oil...

OP: google some videos on the subject. I think you will find that you could easily do this yourself in about 1-3 hours with some basic tools and a note pad.
