new biker, talking

so my buddy is talking on facebook about people in scooters

Quote:
Why do some of these ppl have full face helmets and padded jackets... to ride there scooter
so in defense i was telling him "safety scrub"

then mad dogs on how they cant go more then 40 mph, once again i school him and post up some facts about scooters and how the 250cc can go 70mph, i then make a statement that scooters arent invincible to cars, trees, and loose gravel

i make another statement about how i remember when he spilled it a few weeks ago not even going above 25 mph on a turn and how gravel kicked his because he was squidding in a regular jacket.

then he says he had the to wear a jacket....so to shut him up i told him

Quote:
you didnt have the , its called being an idiot, and anyone in the motorcycle world will tell you the same thing
cliff notes:
non msf rider buys big bike
finally gets used to riding it
starts talking about smaller bikes

Someone needs to get schooled by a big spill at low speed.

Run as fast as you can and take a belly dive, hands out, onto gravely asphalt. Thats not even close to the speed a scooter can go, and see what happens.

I always tell them that.

o man wish you guys were on my friends list

now heres where the discussion is leading to

I agree safety first, but it looks funny which was my whole point Mr. Head of the faggieo support union.

True, yet my look is complete. If you have a sports bike full face helmet padded jacket, Harley-Davidson helmet optional usually open, cruiser AARP sticker, faggieo beret and stripped shirt.

It is just one of those turns that catches people offguard. That is why people hang out here, because they know that if they wait long enough.. someone will overdo it and wreck.
