Karting at MSR Houston TMRW (Sun. April 3rd)

A buddy of mine is visiting from home and we want to go do some karting down at MSR Houston tomorrow morning.

Anyone interested in going? I was thinking about booking for 10am. They already have a private group there from 1-4pm so we can't go in the afternoon.

We got 3 going tomorrow. Ah well, I guess you all are two wheels only and can't stand to get schooled on four wheels.

There's not you could do to convince me that it's worth 300 bucks an hour. I can skydive for that price.

I can't go tomorrow, but I didn't even know about this so thanks for the heads up. Yes, $300/hr is steep, but that's for the fastest possible gokart... which isn't necessary to have fun.

We should try to get this going again. We actually didn't make it on Sunday. Way too hungover after Discovery Green festivities. 13 1/2 hours of drinking will do that.

The top karts are expensive but you need to graduate up to them. The track is awesome and the Group D karts are still pretty quick.

If anyone is interested in going let me know and I will try to put something together with a discount.

i would love to go... last time I was there was when I had a TD and had a lot of fun.
BUT sunday its my only day off and I like to go riding so its not really a good day for me.

Now if we did Saturday that would be best and i'm sure you'll get more people to go..

why dont you try track 21??

Track 21 is fun. I have been there before. But, I personally prefer outdoor karts over indoor karts. The track at MSR Houston is a lot bigger than Track 21 and more room to pass.

However, if people wanted to go to Track 21, I could set that up too!

8-10hrs and you could buy your own kart and go for $100 all day.
