Before yall go chasing down every Panamera you see, realize in OP he said he's not sure what the type of car it was.

Ivan, are you sure it was a 4 door (and not an SUV)? If so, then that's all it can be.

Don't the SUVs have a collision warning in reverse?

the back is mostly what I saw...and when he was on the street it was darker to see and the car was black, but that picture looks just like the back that car was.

It was not a cayenne (I know what those look like)...and I remember him telling the off duty officer that it was too low or something so to give him a minute getting out the lot.

If from behind it looks like a constipated turtle, it's probably a Panamera.

I've seen porsches before, this one looked really wide, I remember thinking also before it happened, , that is wide.

The rear spoiler is what is selling me on it being a panamera

Yes stock on the GTS and GT2/3s

Big fixed wing.

I knew I should have tried to catch you guys last night. I am a car guy. I could have told you year, model, engine size, average 0-60mph time, resale value, leather options, rim styles...

By the time it happened I was by myself already leaving with only a friend that is always up there behind me, but they have a car... They did the best they could to catch to him, but well obviously failed.
